December 23, 2010

Today is walk #357 and I'm watching the cold front come in from the Gulf on Indian Rocks Beach.  It's sunny, and the sun feels good, but the wind and the chill are making for a cool walk.
Remnants of a sand castle left on the beach.  That's a pristine shell in the middle there.
These "cliffs" are actually just about 8 inches high and show some of the beach erosion over the winter storms.  Makes it look a little like California though, doesn't it?
Even a broken beach chair looks more inviting than anything NOT on the beach.  The journey continues with 8 walks to go.
