December 13, 2010

Everyone's saying it's going to be the coldest night of the year, so I had to make sure I got walk #347 in early tonight.  While the  sun was still up.  Last time it was this cold, I headed out to the East Bay bridge and boat ramp.  That day was January 9th, and I was right here.  But today it's just cold and windy.  No rain, slush or sleet to deal with.  You can see what January 9, 2010 looked like if you click on the blue link.
Powerful sun trying to burst through dark, heavy winter clouds.   This is looking west from the East Bay Bridge.
Heading on up the ramp.  Yes it's cold...
And yes, the wind is blowing.
Choppy seas, but still a majestic sunset in the works.  The journey continues.
